Walter Forbes

He is the subject of the newsletter interview for August 2010 and the Executive Producer of the instructional DVD by percussionist Kenny Malone, DRUMMING WITH YOUR HANDS

Back in the 1960s, Walter was an artist in his own right on RCA, while Chet Atkins was at the helm. FOLK SONG FESTIVAL [LPM/LSP-2670] is pictured below. He also released BALLADS AND BLUEGRASS, and in 1971 appeared in the Disney feature NASHVILLE COYOTE, the soundtrack album produced by none other than Cowvboy Jack Clement on JMI Records. The independent release TRIED AND TRUE is also pictured
